What is more important in education, teaching history and math, or teaching how to be a good citizen, respect other people’s rights, avoid crime and etc? Our educational system sacrifices the main aim of education which is the rearing of a good and responsible citizen for the goal of teaching mainly useless stuff which will never be used in later stages in life.

It is easy to post this comment : do you know the program taught in schools? Really? Then according to you, what is it that the students should be learning ?
Do you think that students learn right away what they are taught? Why couldn't they also learn it all by themself? It would take them much longer because they would not have the same environnement which has also an impact on learning.
How about you? Where and how have you learned most of your knowledge?
I have learnt most I have learnt by myself and always found the school years a huge waste of time.
