Is it ethical for president to promote Mar-a-Lago in his official communique ?

Why is Trump keep calling Mar-a-lago as Winter White House? Does he want to move there in winters? Is it a shameless corrupt promotion for his reserve and hotel? How could the president of USA promote his own reserve and hotel in his communique????
